Performance and features

This machine is a special machine for hot air heating of vest bags. It can automatically double-line punching to increase output and save manpower.

This machine has double tracks, double production lines, double printing bags, and double stepper (servo) motors.

Electric eye induction tracking, accurate printing pattern, automatic parking warning when the electric eye fails.

The cooking motor is controlled by a frequency converter, making it easy to operate and reduce power consumption.

Automatic shutdown device without material.

This machine can clamp the bags immediately when the set number of sheets is reached, without stopping, and can feed materials continuously.

With the newly designed sealing knife structure, when the sealing knife needs to be cleaned, the sealing knife can be reversed 180 degrees and fixed for cleaning. It is safe, reliable and easier to maintain.

The bag comes out neatly and the seal is firm.

It adopts gas-liquid booster cylinder punching machine, which has low noise and low air consumption.
